Jackson loves tv. I mean, maybe love isn't a strong enough word. He is mesmerized by it whenever it is on. For this reason, he is limited to two hours a day total. That sounds like a lot, two hours, but to a kid that is stuck inside because it is raining, snowing, sleeting and is 15 degrees outside, it goes by oh so quickly. Most days he watches PBS in the mornings and then we play, read etc until naptime. When Dad gets home in the afternoon there is no need for tv because, well, his best friend is there to play with him.
Fridays are different though. I let Jackson have a free day. I want my children to know that if you work hard and play by the rules then you get rewarded. Too much restriction is a bad thing. So, on fridays he can watch as much tv as he wants. It's friday and here he is. Playing with cars, in a crazy purple tent (made by yours truly) watching toy story. We love fridays :)

Aww that is cute.
Mikayla gets maybe 2 hours of TV a week. That is because she has Speech Therapy twice a week, O.T. once a week, and Behavioral Therapy every three weeks. She also goes to bed at 7. Sundays are her free day if we aren't out doing something.
