Giveaway! Now Closed!

hopewell entry #2

hopewellmomschool@yahoo.com

In honor of Easter I'm going to do a giveaway. I have a stockpile like you would not believe and I can think of no time of year that makes me feel like giving more than Easter. Christ gave his life for us, the ultimate FREE giveaway.

That being said, here's what you will get if you win. We'll call it my "clean" giveaway:

1 Colgate Whitening Mint Zing Toothpaste
2 bottles of Listerine
1 colgate 360 clean toothbrush
1 Dove Deoderant
1 Glade Lasting Impressions Fan
1 bottle of Suave body wash

Wow! That's over $30 worth of stuff plus shipped to you for free! :) Don't like some of the flavors or scents? Exchange them! Your local store will gladly exchange without a reciept (most of the time anyway). I will use the random selector to select a winner on Easter day. Anyone can enter, here's how to get three entries:

1) leave a comment with your name and email address
2) tell me something you love about Easter. A favorite memory, tradition, easter basket, etc
3) email me your favorite easter get together recipe (bmcghehey2@gmail.com)

Best of Luck and Happy Easter to all :)

Hey Miss Bethany! I'll be your first entry. You know my name, so my email is: laurenmarie0325@hotmail.com

My favorite memory of Easter happens every year. My mom makes me an Easter Basket! Yep, I'm 25 and married and I still get an easter basket from mom. Except now, I have to share it with Neil ;) My mom is sweet too...she knows I don't like chocolate all that much so she goes all over to find lots of different fruity and gummy stuff for me.

Are all your goodies from the awesome Walgreen's deals you get? ;)

2) tell me something you love about Easter. A favorite memory, tradition, easter basket, etc

When I was a kid we went to this huge easter egg hunt at some friends house who lived way out of town. Their property was HUGE and we had about 30 kids from church there. When I got older I got to help hide the eggs.

I love the traditional hymns associated with Easter best of all. What I dislike is trying to find DARK chocolate bunnies for my daughter's Easter basket! They are HARD to come by!

i think i should win just because I'm your best friend. And my favorite easter memory might be the one when i was 8 and Katherine dared me to eat 50 cherries from the ice cream sundae buffet at the restaurant we were at and she would give me $5. so i ate 50 cherries, threw up all afternoon and never did see that 5 bucks. either that or my senior year in college and mom was still mailing me peeps :)

#2:

My favorite Easter (so far) was 2 years ago. My then four-year-old niece spent the weekend and we colored eggs. It was my first attempt going the "natural" way by using onion skins, tea, beets, etc...
Well, let's just say I think we both still have some pink speckles.
It was a mess, but so much fun!

My mom used to hide the Easter gifts every year and Easter morning we'd wake up looking for them. One year she hid my gift between the window and the screen and it took me over an hour to find it. That was fun!

My favorite memory of Easter still happens, only now I get to share it with the princess. Every year we have a huge Easter egg hunt in my uncle's yard. There is just something special about the whole family getting together, kids laughing and running, with plastic bags flapping in the wind :)

My favorite Easter memory was the year I played Easter Bunny to my parents. The look on their faces the next morning was priceless. They enjoyed looking for their baskets and eggs as much as I remember enjoying it as a kid.

Hi My name is Linsey Maxson. My email address is linzmaxson@yahoo.com. My favorite memory is actually starting up this year. My husband is portraying the life of Jesus Christ in the Mesa Arizona Easter Pageant. They asked him to do it, having seen him act in many other shows and musicals, and knowing that he is one of the most Christlike people ever, last year and this week he is in performances of it where there are audiences of 10,000 each night. What an amazing experience to watch him play the part of Christ! It has been a great experience for our family and I'm hoping it will be an Easter tradition from now on. Our boys and I plan on joining him next year in being in the pageant too!
